- HAZARD IDENTIFICATION & ASSESSMENT – TSH has developed individual programs on Safety and Health areas. Working with the company Safety Coordinator initially the hazards are identified.
- HAZARD PREVENTION & CONTROL – After potential hazards are identified, TSH will work with the Safety Coordinator control measures are developed and implemented.
- EDUCATION & TRAINING – Education & Training is not just a one-time event. DUring the subscription period training & education is available for all new employees within the required time period. For select subjects wher hands-on training is required the Safety Coordinator will complete hands-on training.
- PROGRAM EVALUATION & IMPROVEMENT – It is important the Safyety and Health Management Program be dynamic. Throughout the subscription period, professional assistance will be available to the company.
